Ingredients
  1. Chap…250gm
  2. Onion paste…1/2 cup,3tbsp oil or ghee 1tbsp basen
  3. Onion golden paste…1 tbsp,salt as per taste, ½ tsp red chilli powder
  4. Green chillies …as per taste,1/2 cup tomato paste
  5. Coriander ,,,,2tbsp ,ginger and garlic paste….1tbsp
  6. Chicken masala 11/2 tsp
  7. Cream or curd….2 bbsp
  8. IMPORTANT ……before making add chap in ½ cup water n ½ cup milkatleast for ½ hrs
Method
  • Wash chap nicely atleast 2-5 times .Then pet fry the chap for 2-3 min
  • Take pan add ghee then besan add the onion paste till light brown add ½ cup of water
  • Add puree ,ginger n garlic paste,golden paste,salt ,red chilli powder ,chicken masala add 1cup water and buno masala
  • Add fried chaps and buno it for 10 min in masala
  • Add cream buno again .add water cover it adjust the gravy according to ur wish
  • Sprinkle coriander n red chillies………………….

What is chap? Is it chest meat bone of goat or any other thing? In this recipe there is no word use like meat that is why i am confuse.
