Murg Dhania Qorma recipe by Zubaida Tariq. This delightful Main Course recipe of Murg Dhania Qorma can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1
Yogurt1 cup
Chopped green coriander2 bunch
Turmeric1 tsp
Ginger1 tbsp
Chopped garlic½ tbsp
Chopped green chilies10
Saltto taste
All spice powder1 tsp
Crushed black pepper1 tsp
Chopped onion2
Oil1 cup

METHOD

Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in  2 chopped onions and fry till they are golden brown. Take it out.
Add in chicken in the pan and add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt, 1 tbsp ginger and ½ tbsp garlic. Cook it till the water dries.
Mix chopped green chilies, 1 tsp all spice powder and 2 chopped onion in the yogurt and add it in the pan the water dries.
Cook it. Add in chopped green coriander and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. cook it for 5 minutes and simmer. Dish it out and serve with rice.
