Ingredients
  1. • Chicken 1 kg cut into 8 pieces
  2. • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  4. • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  5. • Chili powder 1 tsp
  6. • Black pepper ½ tsp
  7. • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  8. • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  9. • Fries and boiled vegetables to serve
  10. • Ingredients for brown sauce
  11. • Flour 2 tbsp
  12. • Stock 1 cup
  13. • Butter1 tbsp
  14. • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  15. • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  16. • Wooster sauce1 tbsp
  17. • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  18. • Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Method
  • 1. Heat oil fry onion light golden, add chicken, roast for 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken nearly done, lastly add chili powder and ketchup, cook till chicken dry.
  • 2. Heat butter add flour with salt, pepper, add stock with ketchup, Wooster sauce, vinegar, hp sauce, cook for 5 minutes till sauce thick, remove. Place chicken in a dish, top with brown sauce, serve with fries and brown vegetables.
