1. Bake the 250g of egg plant in an oven until it tenders.

5. Add the mashed eggplant,1tsp cumin, and 2tbsp lemon juice.Mix well.
6. Add 2 green chilies and 2tbsp of chopped coriander.
7. Lower a hot coal into the skillet and cover
