INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1cup Khoya
2 Bottle Gourd Grated
2 1/2 cup Milk
1tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Almonds Coarsely Crushed
4 tbsp Condensed Milk
4 tbsp Sugar

METHOD

Boil 2 1/2 cup milk with 4 tbsp sugar add 2 cup grated bottle gourd and cook till thick.

Remove from fire add 1 cup khoya and 4 tbsp condensed milk, cool mixture add 2 beaten egg and 1 tsp cardamom powder to it, grease a baking dish with 1 tsp butter and pour this mixture in it.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp crushed almonds on top, bake on 180 degree for 30 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
