Ingredients: • Mince ½ kg
• Yogurt ¾ cup
• Raw papaya 1 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Brown onion ground 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
• Mace ground ¼ tsp
• Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
• Coconut 1 tbsp
• Whole red chili 15
• Cloves 4
• Green cardamom 4
• Cinnamon 2 sticks
• Oil ½ cup
• Green chilies 4 (chopped)
• Coriander leaves 4 tbsp(chopped)

Method: 1. In a frying pan roast; poppy seeds, coconut, whole red chilies, cloves,green cardamom and cinnamon sticks.
2. Then grind it finely.
3. After washing the mince add raw papaya, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 1 hour.
4. In pan heat oil, add the roasted and ground spices with ¼ cup water, fry well, add marinated mince and fry well.
5. Now add yogurt and fry again.
6. Cook on a low flame and cover till the water dries.
7. Add brown onion and mix well,Turn the flame off.
8. Put a hot coal on a foil, lower it into the pan then put a few drops of oil and cover.
9. Sprinkle with all spice powder, coriander and chopped green chilies.
10. Serve hot with paratha.
