Ingredients
  1. 1 kg chicken
    ½ kg tomato
    1 tsp mustard
    10 whole red chilies
    2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp turmeric
    2 tsp whole coriander
    1 piece of ginger
    4 garlic cloves
    1 tsp salt
    ½ cup lemon juice
    ½ cup oil
    Coriander, green chilies as required
Method
  • Boil 1/2kg tomatoes and peel.
    Grind together 1tsp rye, 10 whole red chilies, 2tsp cumin and 2tsp whole coriander.
    Ina  blender blend together the ground spices along ½ peeled tomatoes,1/2 cup lemon juice, a piece of ginger and 4 cloves of garlic.
    Heat oil in a pan and cook the blended mixture.Add1 kg chicken and fry until the oil floats on top
    Add water as required and cook until the chicken is tender.
    Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies
