INGREDIENTS

½ kg small potatoes
1 kg spinach
250 grams yogurt
2 tsp crushed red chili
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
½ cup cream
50 grams butter
4 tbsp oil
4 green chilies

METHOD

Boil and peel the baby potatoes
Heat 4tbsp of oil in a pan and fry 4 green chilies
Add 1tsp salt,2tsp crushed red chilies and 1kg spinach. Cover and cook for 10 minutes
When the water given out  by the spinach dries add the mashed potatoes, ½ cup cream and 250g yogurt.Mix , cover and cook for a further 10 minutes
Serve with a  dollop of butter
