گریک چکن کٹلٹ (INGREDIENTS)

ٹماٹر ۔۔ ایک کپ
زیتون ۔۔ 3/1 کپ
فیٹا چیز ۔۔۔ چار اونس
پودینہ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
زیتون کا تیل ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
کالی مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
چکن فلے ۔۔ 5-4 عدد

METHOD

ایک پیالے میں ایک کپ ٹماٹر، 3/1 کپ زیتون، چار اونس، فیٹا چیز اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ تیل ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں حسب ذائقہ نمک اور حسب ذائقہ کالی مرچ بھی شامل کریں۔ گرل پین کع گرم کر کے تیل لگا کر گریس کرلیں۔ اب چکن میں نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر پکانے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اب پلیٹ میں نکال کر فوائل پیپر سے کور کریں۔ تاکہ گرم رہے۔ اب بنائیں ہوئے میکسچر اور سور کریم کو ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
