Hari Bhari Sabzi recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Main Course recipe of Hari Bhari Sabzi can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Dera Ghazi Khan
Potatoes (half boiled) ½ kg
Capsicum (red, yellow, green) 1 cup
Green bean without seeds (Phalli) 1 cup
Green soya 1 bunch
Mustard oil as required
Kashmiri chilies for garnishing
Dice the capsicum, potatoes and carrots.
Heat mustard oil in pan and then sauté the ginger and garlic paste. Add ½ kg diced boiled potatoes and fry until light golden in color
Add 1 cup diced capsicum, 1 cup of green beans , 1 piece of cauliflower and 2 -3 diced carrots and allow to cook until the veggies are tender
Now add 1 bunch of green soya beans along with 1 tbsp f butter and cook for a few minutes
Garnish with Kashmiri chilies.
Delicious Hari Bhari Sabzi is ready to serve.
