Malai Kabab

ملائی کباب

 قیمہ ---- ایک کلو
 ادرک لہسن پسا ہوا ---- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
 نمک ---- حسب ذائقہ
 لال مرچ پسی ہوئی ---- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
 گرم مصالحہ پسا ہوا ---- ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
 کچا پپیتا پسا ہوا ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
 ہرا دھنیا (باریک کٹا ہوا) ---- آدھی گٹھی
 پودینہ (باریک کٹا ہوا) ----- آدھی گٹھی
 ہری مرچیں (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ----- چھ سے آٹھ عدد
 ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس ---- چار عدد
 انڈے ---- دو عدد
 فریش کریم ---- آدھی پیالی
 کوکنگ آئل ---- تلنے کے لیے

METHOD ترکیب

ڈبل روٹی کو ایک پیالی دودھ میں دس سے بارہ منٹ تک بھگو لیں- پھر دودھ سے نکال کر لکڑی کے چمچ سے دبا دبا کر اچھی طرح نچوڑ لیں-

نچوڑی ہوئی سلائس کو ادرک لہسن٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ٬ گرم مصالحہ٬ پپیتا٬ ہرا دھنیا٬ پودینہ اور ہری مرچوں کے ساتھ قیمہ میں اچھی طرح ملا لیں-

قیمے میں فریش کریم ملا کر لمبے لمبے کباب بنا لیں- لکڑی کی سیخوں پر لگا کر کچھ دیر کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں-

کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر تین سے پانچ منٹ تک گرم کریں اور کبابوں کو پھینٹے ہوئے انڈوں میں ڈبو کر گولڈن فرائی کر لیں-

I love the taste of Malai Kabab which I ate yesterday in Super Highway Geo Shinwari Restaurant, the taste of BBQ items in this restaurant is amazing and made the party more memorable. I also want to make Malai Kabab on this way for that I am looking the method, I think I have to try this Malai Kabab recipe on this Eid.
