میٹھی دہی پھلکی (INGREDIENTS)

بوندی ۔۔ ایک پاؤ
دہی ۔۔ ایک کلو
کارن فلور دو کھانے کے چمچے
کاسٹر شوگر ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
دہی بڑا مصالحہ ۔۔ حسب ذوق
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

METHOD

بوندیوں کو پانی میں آدھا گھنٹہ بگھوئیں اور نکال لیں۔ دہی میں نمک، کاسٹر شوگر اور کارن فلور ڈال کر پھینٹ لیں۔ سرونگ باؤل میں بوندیاں ڈالیں۔ اب اس میں دہی کا مکسچر ڈال کر مکس کر کے ٹھنڈا کریں۔ دہی بڑا مصالحہ چھڑکیں اور سرو کریں۔
