INGREDIENTS

Chicken Mince            ½ kg
cabbage (sliced) half
Green chilies   4-5
Onion (sliced)             ½
Carrot (sliced)             1
Green onion (chopped) ½ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Roll wraps 1 packet
Oil as required
Chinese salt to taste
Salt to taste
To wrap:
Flour as required

METHOD

Mix in flour with some water and make a paste. Take cabbage, chicken mince, green onion, carrots, green chilies, chopped garlic, salt add 1 tbsp crushed black pepper in a mixing bowl and mix in everything. Put the mixture on each roll wraps and wrap it with the help of prepared flour paste. Fry them till golden brown. Keep them in serving dish and garnish them with salad leaves, cucumber, tomatoes.
