INGREDIENTS

1) Ladyfingers (chop off both the ends) 1/2 kg
2) Fennel seeds 1 tsp
3) Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
4) White cumin seeds (roasted and grind each) 1/2 tsp
5) Tamarind (soak in 1 cup water and take out pulp) 5 tbsp
6) Whole red chilies 6 pieces
7) Salt to taste
8) Dalda or your choice of cooking oil 1 cup

METHOD

1. Mix all spices in tamarind pulp slit ladyfingers and stuff in all the mixture, fry till done.
