Ingredients
  1. • 1 chicken breast (cut in very thin stripes)
  2. • 6 cloves garlic
  3. • 1 capsicum chopped
  4. • 1 carrot chopped
  5. • 1 onion chopped
  6. • 1 spring onion chopped
  7. • 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  8. • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  10. • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  11. • 1 tsp crushed red chili (optional)
  12. • Salt to taste
  13. • Black pepper to taste
  14. • 3tbsp oil
Method
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir fry it, when it changes it color to light brown then add all vegetables.
  • 2. Now put chicken over vegetables, don’t mix it on this stage. Add all sauces and spices in it. If you like a spicy food then you can add red chili, it’s optional.
  • 3. Now cook it for 4-5 minutes. Mix it all well.
  • 4. Serve it with garlic or boiled rice and you may also serve it with Korean tomato rice as well.
