(Qasim Nawaz Khan, Muzafar Garh)

*Article: 25A Right to Education*

"The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such manner as may be determined by law.”

*Out of School Children:*
There are 22.8 millions out of School children in pakistan.

*Govt Primary Schools in Punjab:*
(Present Status)
Classrooms: 2
Teachers: 2
Infrastructure: 50%
QAT Result: 10 - 20%
Expense per class: Rs; 100,000

*Pef Model of Schools for 500 students:*
Classrooms: 20 - 40
Teachers: 20 - 40
Infrastructure: 100%
QAT Result: 75 - 100%
Expense per class: Rs; 15000 (demand 30,000)

*Mandatory Suggestion:*
If Govt has not enough budget to provide 20 classrooms & 20 teachers to every Govt School then PEF & PEIMA model is very necessary for Pakistan otherwise we'll be answerable for 22.8 million out of school children.
