Let’s celebrate 23rd March “PAKISTAN RESOLUTION DAY” with divine inspiration & excited interest in honor of that great achievement in the honor of that time sine “THE LAHORE RESOLUTION” were declined by All India Muslim League’s relating committee.
The Pakistan Resolution ( called Lahore Resolution), actively, specified the plan for bringing up of Pakistan into separate state. Exclusively, it was only written data which had been conversed & approved among each of the authorized members of Indian sub continent from all around who comes below the most authorized person “Muhammad Ali Jinnah”. This Lahore/Pakistan Resolution also called “karar dat-e-Pakistan”. It was no doubt proved to be a milestone in the past events for the Muslims living in the sub-continent. Prior to this Resolution, the Muslims living in the sub-continent had zero vision and null goals about their future. The political situation of Muslims endures under such cowards personalities who had intense compatibilities angles and disagreements.
Immediately after when the Lahore Resolution was accepted by the Muslim League, the media on the other hand of Hindu league initiated assessing its faults and merits and officially announce this resolution as Pakistan Resolution.
In 1940, All India Muslim League fulfilled important role in the existence of Pakistan, for the Muslims of subcontinent Indo-Pak, Muslim league had turn into powerful, zealous and determined political party, below this the Muslims were in a state of great effort and strive to divide themselves from Hindus to get their free homeland. ü The resolution which was passed at the session reads: “No constitutional plan would be workable or acceptable to the Muslims unless geographical contiguous units are demarcated into regions which should be so constituted with such territorial readjustments as may be necessary. That the areas in which the Muslims are numerically in majority as in the North-Western and Eastern zones of India should be grouped to constitute independent states in which the constituent units shall be autonomous and sovereign”.
ü It further reads, “That adequate, effective and mandatory safeguards shall be specifically provided in the constitution for minorities in the units and in the regions for the protection of their religious, cultural, economic, political, and administrative and other rights of the minorities, with their consultation. Arrangements thus should be made for the security of Muslims where they were in a minority”.
How People Celebrate?
National flag of Pakistan is elevated on roof top of government and public constructions, when the day begins to brighten with daylight on Pakistan Day. 21salutes of gun in provincial capitals and salute of 31 guns in capital of the country Islamabad is being shot in the air. A squad is replaced at the tomb of ALLAMA IQBAL, and MUHAMMAD ALI JINNAH, after that guard of honor is presented in the existence of Prime Minister of the country ( who is usually the chief guest of the event) and other heads as well.
Among the celebrations of Pakistan Day another important picture is PARADE in Islamabad at Constitution Avenue. A ceremony is also arranged where awards are given so that Prime minister provide awards to military and to them skilled in civil services for their service towards country, for their accomplishment and progress to Pakistan.
Carnivals, National songs, TV shows, competitions for Debates, are displayed with special treatment on Pakistan Day. Special prayers are done for harmony and well being of the country.
Two Nation Theory – Basis of Ideology
Allama Iqbal presented the idea of Two nation theory, he was the one who puts the idea forward that Muslims and Hindus are two separate nations and they should have their separate homeland where both nations can separately enjoy and follow their religion, culture, morals, languages. Therefore, all other heads of the Muslim League supported Allama Iqbal on this view that was basis of ideology.
The resolution was favorably presented at Minto Park (now called 'Iqbal Park'), in Lahore, by Maulvi A.K. Fazlul Haq on the command of the Working Committee.
Pakistan resolution was passed as in peak load requirement for the safety and prosperity and for the identity of Muslims as a separate nation. The Resolution infused great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility among the Muslims who were now determined to fight to the last minute for the accomplishment of Pakistan.
