ابرار حسین میرے بچپن کا دوست، پڑوسی، ہم پیالہ
و ہم نوالہ لندن میں طویل عرصہ بیمار رہنے کے بعد 21نومبر2019ء کو انتقال
کر گیا۔ مجھے اس سانحہ ئکی اطلاع کل 3دسمبر کو اس کے انتقال کے 13دن بعد اس
کے چھوٹے بھائی منیر نے ایک میسج کے ذریعہ دی، ابرار میرا فیس بک فرینڈ بھی
تھا، اس سے میرا رابطہ 2011 ء تھا لیکن کچھ دنوں سے وہ خاموش تھا،میں نے اس
کے انتقال کی تصدیق دیگر ذرائع سے بھی کی، اس کے فیس بک فرینڈز میں اس کے
بچوں کے نام تلاش کیے، ایک بیٹا شعیب جو کراچی میں میرے گھر کے نذدیک ہی
رہائش پذیر ہے اس کا نام ملا اسے میسیج کیا، اس کی مہربانی کے اس نے جواب
دیا، ساتھ ہی تصدیق کی کہ اس کے ابا کا اکیس نومبر کو لند ن میں ایک اسپتال
میں انتقال ہوا، اور لندن میں ہی تدفین کر دی گئی۔یعنی اسے لند ن کی مٹی ہی
نصیب ہوئی۔
ابرار ایک لوئر مڈل کلاس فیملی سے تعلق رکھتا تھا، تعلیم بھی بہت زیادہ
حاصل نہ کرسکا، ملازمت بھی معمولی سے رہی۔میری رہائش ایک کچی بستی آگرہ تاج
کالونی میں تھی۔ کچھی آبادیوں میں جہاں کی اکثریت لوئر میڈل کلاس سے تعلق
رکھی ہے لیکن ان میں پیار محبت بھائی چارہ، ایک دوسرے کے دکھ و تکلیف میں
اپنوں سے بڑھ کر کام آنے کا جذبہ کوٹ کوٹ کر بھرا ہوتا ہے۔ مجھے یاد نہیں
کہ میں ابرار سے پہلی بار کب ملا تھا لیکن ماضی کو یاد کرتا ہوں تو میں نے
ابرار کو اس وقت شاید ستر کی دہائی میں یوسی چیئر مین کے سیکریٹری کے روپ
میں دیکھا، گویا یہ بلدیاتی نظام کا حصہ تھا، بعد میں یہ اس علاقے کے
صوبائی اسمبلی کے رکن احمد علی سومرو جن کا تعلق پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی سے
تھا کا سیکریڑی بھی ہوگیا، ساتھ ہی ہمارے ساتھ دوستی اور علاقے میں قائم
ایک فلاحی ادارے تاج ویلفیئر سینٹر کے ساتھیوں میں شریک ہوگیا۔ لمبا
قد،دبلا پتلا، گندمی رنگ، گھنی بھنویں،روشن پیشانی،لمبا چہرہ،آنکھو ں میں
چمک،لہجہ میں معصو میت،چہرے مہرے اور وضع قطع سے شریف، ہنسی مزاق میں طاق،
سب سے خوش ہوکر ملنا اس کی عادت تھی، اس دور میں ہم دوست سب سے زیادہ مزاق
ابرار اور سید اختر حسین شاہ جنہیں ہم سب شاہ جی کہاکرتے تھے سے کیا کرتے،
یہ دونوں ہم سب کی باتوں کا کبھی برا نہ مناتے۔ عجیب پیار محبت کا ماحول
تھا۔
علاقے کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے ایک سماجی ادارہ ”تاج ویلفیئر سینٹر“،جہاں
اہل محلہ چھو ٹے بڑے کھیل کودکے علاوہ فلاحی کاموں میں مصروف رہا کرتے۔ بہت
ہی اچھا ماحول تھا، بڑے اپنے چھوٹوں کا حد درجہ خیال کیا کرتے، چھوٹے اپنے
بڑوں کے احترام کے ساتھ ان کے شریک رہا کرتے، گویا چھوٹوں کے لیے یہ ایک تر
بیت گا ہ تھی۔در حقیقت میں نے اس ماحول سے بہت کچھ سیکھا، محفل میں گفتگو
کرنا، مجمع کے سامنے اسٹیج پر تقریر کرنے کا حوصلہ مجھ میں اسی دور میں
پیدا ہوا۔ میر ا بچپن اور جوانی اسی جگہ گزری،تاج ویلفئر سینٹر ایک ایسا
فلاحی ادارہ تھا جس نے اپنے اراکین میں خدمت خلق کا مثالی جذبہ پیدا کردیا
تھا، مختلف سیاسی نظریات کے حامل،مختلف زبانیں بولنے والے،مختلف قومیتوں سے
تعلق اور مختلف مذہبی عقائد رکھنے کے با وجود اس ادارے سے منسلک لوگ اپنے
آپ کو ایک ہی خاندان کا فرد تصور کیا کرتے تھے۔ ہر ایک کے دکھ درد خوشی یا
غمی میں عزیز رشتہ داروں سے بڑھ کر شریک رہا کرتے۔خلوص، محبت، ہمدردی،با
ہمی شفقت، اخوت، بھائی چارہ کے اس ماحول کو کبھی بھلا یا نہیں جاسکتا۔ شاید
ہم میں سے کسی کو بھی وہ ماحول زندگی میں دوبارہ نہیں مل سکا۔ابرار ایک
مخلص، بے لوث اور کبھی نہ تھکنے والا سماجی کارکن تھا۔اس وقت کے جو دوست
ذہن میں آرہے ہیں کچھ حیات ہیں کچھ اب اس دنیا میں نہیں۔ ان میں منظور احمد
بٹ، مظہر الحق، انیس فاروقی، سید ممتاز علی زیدی، سید جمال احمد، شیش احمد
صمدانی، سید جمال احمد، ظفر احمد صدیقی، سید سبطین رضوی، ابرار حسین، جلیس
احمد، سراج الحق،محمد اقبال، سید اختر حسین شاہ، ارشاد قاضی، محمد ربانی
خان، زما ں خان، سراج الحق، انیس فاروقی، احمد حسین، اقبال احمد، عثمان،
فیاض، سید حیدر رضا، سید عابد زیدی، محمد صادق،شکیل احمد، محمود احمد صدیقی
صاحب اور بہت سے احباب تھے۔ رفتہ رفتہ محبت کرنے والے دوستوں کا شیرازہ
بکھرتا گیا، ایک ایک کر کے بیشتر احباب نے اس علاقے کو خیر باد کہا اور
کراچی کے مختلف علاقوں میں جابسے، ہم نے بھی آگرہ تاج کالونی کو اللہ حافظ
کہہ دیا۔ ابرار 1979 ء میں بہ سلسلہ ملازمت سعودی عرب چلا گیا اور 23سال
سعودی عرب کے سعودی برٹش بنک ریاض میں ملازمت کرنے کے بعد لندن کی راہ لی۔
میرا ابرار سے فیس بک پر رابطہ مئی 2011ء میں ہوا، ساتھ ہی میسنجر پر کا
تبادلہ بھی ہونے لگا۔ برقی میل پر بھی ہم ایک دوسرے سے ملاقات کیا کرتے تھے۔
اس زمانے میں مَیں سرگودھا یونیورسٹی میں پروفیسر تھا۔ اس بات کا اظہار
ابرار نے اپنے ایک پیغام میں کیا کہ میں نام سے تو مجھے سو فیصد یقین تھا
کہ تم ہی ہو لیکن سرگودھا کی وجہ سے کچھ کنفیوزڈ تھا۔ اس لیے کہ پی ایچ ڈی
کرنے اورریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد میں سرگودھا یونیورسٹی میں بہ پروفیسر چلا گیا
تھا۔ یہ بات کراچی والوں کے لیے تعجب خیز تھی کہ تمام عمر کراچی میں گزرانے
والا پنجاب میں وہ بھی عمر کے آخری حصہ میں ایسا کرسکتا ہے۔
ابرار کو لندن کی آب و ہوا راس نہ آئی اسے بعض بیماریوں نے ایسا گھیرا کہ
وہ ان کا مقابلہ نہ کرسکا، اس نے ایک بار لکھا تھا کہ اسے دل کی تکلیف ہوئی،
شوگر ہوگئی۔ Hypertenssion، گردے خراب ہوگئے یہاں تک کہ دل کی سرجری اور
ڈائیلیسیس شروع ہوگیا۔اس نے لکھا تھا کہ اسے 2015ء میں double chamber
pacemaker اور 2016ء سے گردے اس حد تک جواب دے گئے کہ نوبت
ڈائلیسیسdialysis شروع ہوا، اور اس کے لکھنے کے مطابق ہفتہ میں تین دن
ڈائلیسیس ہونے لگا۔ یہ ڈائلیسیس رائل لند ن اور Whipps Crosss اسپتال میں
ہوتی رہی تھے۔ ابرار مرحوم نے مجھے میسنجر پر جو میسج کیے انہیں میں یہاں
اسی کی زبان میں پیسٹ کر رہا ہوں۔ یہ باتیں مجھ سے مختلف اوقات میں ہوتی
رہیں۔فیس بک پر اور سوشل میڈیا پر گفتگو اور تعلق کا آغاز اپریل 2011میں
شروع ہوا، اس کا آخری میسج اس کے انتقال سے دو ماہ قبل 25 مئی 2019 ء کو
موصول ہوا تھا، 21 نومبر 2019ء کو وہ اس دنیا سے چلا گیا۔ اچانک ابرار
مرحوم کے چھوٹے بھائی نے ایک میسیج پر اس کے انتقال کی افسوس نا ک خبر
سنائی۔ اللہ تعالیٰ اسے جنت الفردوس میں اعلیٰ مقام نصیب فرمائے۔

messagge. While I saw your Facebook ID, sent two times email messages,
on your Yahoo email, which I got from your Google site, I was 100% sure
about you, but their was only one confusion that you were settled in
Sargodha, as during my job in Saudi Arabia in 1979 wherever I came to
Karachi I found most of my friends and well wishers have shifted from
Agra Taj Colony.
Got three sons and three daughers, elder two sons and a daughter are
married in Karachi and they are settled in Karachi and the youngest son
and daughter are settled with me in London and I am passing my old age
life with them. Rais I could not forget my Mohsin Mr. Anis Samdani,
Jalees and Moghees, Shees, Shoaib Shahid Samdani .Allah gave me scholars
like you, Zaidi, Ashraf well educated, good friends. long time has been
passed away and am stay in London as the third son and daughter are
studying in Grade 11 and 12 and waiting for their education complete. if
you have facebook or email contact of any our colleagues, please let me
know. I remember at Civic Center, Karachi I saw a board indicating
Ch.Ashraf High court advocate, went a fourth floor and met with him
after such a long period, a man sit beard, but I recognized him with his
familiar voice. Today I am very happy to have my very dear brother
friend, let me know about Zafar, Sibtain, believe me I still remember
Mr. Pervaiz Samdani, Nadeem to whom me and Zaidi called him doctor.
Moghees and Jalees, also Shoaib, how is Shoaib Samdani. My parents have
died during 1988 and 2000 respectively. Still I could not believe when I
read your google feedback, that during 1997 Mr. Anis Samdani died may

Mosque of Islam, as I have read in some books, many many congratulation
to you having Ziarat of this holy Mosque it is said that anyone who
