Human Capital Development and Education
(Saira Khanm, Faisalabad)
The principal capital of an independent sovereign state is her God-gifted strategic geographical location with fertile land, natural water resources, minerals and fairly suitable climate, but alas! all this goes waste if she lacks human capital to organize, to manage ,to supervise the state enterprise of being one, if not first among the equals in the galaxy of the nation. We must note that human capital does not mean mere juxtaposition of human beings as this in disciplined, unprincipled population leads not to the glory of state but to a situation where men sit to hear group of parasites, plunderers and robbers of peace and prosperity.
