Teaching is a very noble and worthy profession which shares a special bond between tutor and the student. A teacher has great responsibility of looking into the interests of his student for which tact and understanding behavior play the best part. A long list of what to do and what not can be arranged on the topic but the main theme remains the same that a teacher is responsible of making the best from the character and abilities of his student; it is his duty to guide him not only in the field of subjects concerned but also in every day life activities to make the most of his qualities. A good student is the pride for teacher who along with giving respect to his teacher is also a worthy human and citizen of the state. The teacher has to keep in view the mental level of the student and bring himself unto that level to make the material taught by him understandable; the nature and behavior of the student indicates what tact should be made on behalf of the teacher as certain students are very naughty and of bullying nature which requires instant action taken against them to control their activities and retain discipline. Knowledge regarding the subject to be taught should be sufficient to answer any queries offered by the students. A proper direct relationship should be developed on the basis of frankness and control such that these learners can approach the tutor without hesitation. Below are certain tips to guide a teacher a little: 1. You must keep in mind the fact whether the subject the student wants to study is compatible with your knowledge and should review the topic which is to be taught. 2. If you think that there are certain queries which you must clear yourself first you can get help from the internet and also from the public libraries. 3. The behavior of the student should be kept in mind; either he is an obedient one or outgoing and naughty. You will then have to manage your teaching skills and tact accordingly. 4. You must watch the student closely; his behavior, mind power and understanding ability. A tutor has to bring himself unto the student's mental level if you start describing difficult themes which are unfamiliar with the student then he will hardly understand you. 5. If you are teaching the facts and problems that are new to the student, then patience must be exercised while he gets the grip on the main idea of the material taught by you. You have to give examples to explain a topic if needed 6. Be friendly to your students so they can easily approach you for any problem they face in studying but keep them disciplined. A teacher and student relationship is very special if you are a good tutor the students will always respect and remember you.
