A parenting blogger has named the Most Evil Baby of 2012 after she created a hilarious picture competition called the Evil Baby Glare-Off. Ilana Wiles selected 32 children aged 0 to 5 years out of 300 entries on her Mommy Shorts Facebook fan page. Each youngster showed off their scariest scowl, and eventually toddler Kandance’s damning glare won readers’ votes, taking home first prize.
