Ans. It was more of a relatively favored choice, considering my family's background and backup in the same regard.

Ans. Mostly in-adequate experience and a relatively younger age, which caused a little difficulty dealing with the labor class.

Q. Are you inspired by some one? By whom?
Ans. My source of inspiration has always been my father.

Ans. Perhaps I would have opted to become a business administration master.

Ans. I always followed my father’s footsteps in business. He always appreciates me and always prays for my success.

Ans. Yes, my father and my brother have always been very supportive to me.

Q. What were their wish?
Ans. They pretty much wanted the same for me, so yes, that can be said.

Q. How do you manage your family along with business?
Ans. Managing a family life along with business engagements definitely gets a little difficult at times, but it’s a daily life
routine for almost every working man.

Q. Are you a businessman first or a family man first?
Ans. In this regard, I guess I have been able to keep a balance in both aspects. Isolating myself to work during business hours and restricting to my family affairs when in their company, hence doing justice to both and personally I credit my success in both aspects to be this very same ideology.

Ans. Way ahead of any other step, first of all the law and order situation must be addressed and resolved further more there are various other measures that may be considered as well.

Q. Does the country give due respect and recognisation to the industrialist in the state?
Ans. Industrialists in my personal opinion are generally given a fairly significant amount of respect and recognition all around the globe, since they are the pillars on which global economy stands but based upon my own experiences industrialists are comparatively far higher rated in the province of Punjab, rather in Sind. Perhaps this is due to differences in sub-culture norms and values; as a result industries in Punjab are flourishing much better than any other place in Pakistan.

Q. Do you want to set your business in abroad in future?
Ans. Being an absolute family man, and an active socialist, I don’t exactly "want" to, but definitely, yes, being compelled to, since business in Pakistan is practically becoming most stressful and limited.

Q. What are your future plans?
Ans. Like any good business manager I have sub-termed the words "future plans" as (1) short term plans & (2) long term plans. STP mostly includes all endeavors to survive in the current recession and economic crisis of the country and LTP involves my aims and objectives that i had set during the initial stages of my professional career, mainly consisting of Business expansion, providing better living standards to my family and setting up a strong post-retirement platform.

Q. If you are not in this field what was your next choice?
Ans. Had I not been associated with my current profession, I most probably would have been affiliated with Business Administrative job.

Q. Your weakness regarding yourself / as a businessman?
Ans. As a business man, my weakness as I rate myself is my kind heartedness, which still creates difficult circumstances for me to handle the labor division.

Q. Your strength as a businessman?
Ans. I am a very hard working person who never takes no for an answer. I remain keen for expansion of business and always look forward to new prospects and opportunities for further growth in business.

Q. In a small time you got too much fame and honor how do you feel?
Ans. My feelings may only be expressed as the highest gratitude to Allah and next to my parents, for believing in me that lead me to be what I am today.

Q. Message for young generation?
Ans. My advise in this regard, concerns one negative element that I see in most youngsters these days, remember "there are no shortcuts in life" the only way out is THROUGH and not around. And finally, learning never stops!!!
