“Fortune favors the braves” the
phrase means: you will have good luck if you carry out your plans brashly.
Fortune is sense like luck. This is saying “good luck comes to those who are
afraid to step forward and look for it”. Although the grace of God and
sanctifications of elders brings accomplishments, a hardworking and a sincere
person gets the co-operation and co-ordination of all due to his braver. Fortune
or destiny smiles at him because of his determination to achieve the goal.
Fortune favors the braves is a harsh reality which everybody have to accept that
God rewards those who try and give proper consideration to their decision.
Trials and obstacles are present in everybody’s life that creates fear in
someone’s life and on the other hand, develops courage in other’s that creates
boldness in him to face the realities of life. Actually when a person loses his
confidence under a fear of failure then he doesn’t try to compete with any
problem.
Bravery is a quality of life; it must be present in every one of us especially
in youth because they have to strive with the world. If one helps himself or
herself by putting all his efforts with courage he will be rewarded. Thus, keep
going each step may get harder but don’t stop, the view at the top is beautiful.
It is rightly said that luck matters a lot but this luck can’t come without
courage and hard work so; success is not just a gift which everybody gets, for
this a lot of hard work is needed. One has to follow these words “try, try and
try till the goal is attained”. Luck has always supported those who dare to set
a new tradition in the history of the world. Only those people get positions
that move against the flow of a stream, not who swims with the flow.
If we look through the history we come to know that all great personalities and
heroes became famous because of their bravery and determination. They did not
care about failures but trusted their abilities. Luck also favors such heroes.
There are many such examples but a few are as follows.
Everybody knows about the life of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). He (SAW) faced many
difficulties in his life while preaching the teachings of Islam. People had been
ready to hurt Him and create hurdles in His way for His discouragement but His
hard work, firm belief, determination and bravery helped Him to overcome those
hurdles. The life of Holy Prophet (SAW) was a life of complete success. His life
style exhibits such an example that even a person of low intelligence is forced
to confess that He was a perfect example of the manifestation of divine
qualities.
Muhammad Ali Jinnah one of the greatest men of the world, is the Muslim layer,
politician, statesman and founder of Pakistan. He was the voice of hundred
million Muslims, fought for the religious, social and economic freedom. His
bravery, courage and devotion to his mission are unparalleled throughout the
history. He beat the conspiracies and fortune also helped him to get his goal.
Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan is a Pakistani nuclear scientist and a metallurgical
engineer who served as the Director –General of Kahuta Research Laboratories
from 1976 until 2001. To support the fees of his education, khan was employed at
Siemens Engineering where he worked as a practical trainee. Who knew that this
poor man of great pride for the nation. He did not care of any threat and did
nuclear test and fortune also followed him because he worked wholeheartedly.
Christopher Columbus, who ventured out an unknown ocean in a little ship, think
of the courage required to risk one’s life in such a hazardous adventure.
Fortune favored him by leading him to discover a new and unsuspected world the
continent afterwards called America.
Dr. Abdul Sitar Edhi is leading the Edhi foundation in Pakistan and its branches
all over the world. He has earned a reputation as being one of the most selfless
and honorable human beings today and the system he has established is a model
for a welfare state. But he got this after facing many hardships and challenges.
He faced hurdles in the formation of the Madina Voluntary Corporation in the
beginning of his work but his creative ideas and ability to face the world made
him achieve his goal.
Moin Akhtar raised his talent and introduced standing comedy the first time in
the history. It became a challenge for him to get success in this role. He said
there is no way to handle the people; you have to be different in different
situation.
If we look at the farmer life, it is due to his determination that he does not
leave his efforts even after failures. Similarly when we look at a student’s
life we see that hardworking student always gets success.
Hundreds of people changed the history of the world by their bravery, leadership
qualities and courage that’s why fortune favored them in their mission of
success. These qualities need to be provoked in the young generation. Encourage
people who are talented but scare to show their talent in front of the world.
People need to change their perception that without luck we can’t do anything.
