A small girl accompanying her
elder brother while having a grip of his finger was going on the footpath. She
had been waiting for the return of her brother from his job. He had promised to
get her some sweets from a general store; when he was to leave for his office in
the morning.
That newlywed couple was in full swing of love, as it happens nearly to this
entire category. They had planned to visit the famous entertainment site of the
city. The boy had got repaired his motorcycle for this purpose. Though it was
the last week of the month, yet he could not resist the temptation of pleasing
his life partner and himself as well.
The 10 years old young girl worked in a well-established family of the locality.
She was asked to bring some fruits from the market. Though she was tired of work
since morning, but she had to obey the order only because her ‘begum sahiba’ was
very strict in getting his works done in time.
The old man worked in a government department till the attainment of his 60
years of age. He was then 70 years old. He spent his service life without any
additional income other than his salary. Now the source of income was the
achievement of pension every month, while toiling in the line and rush of that
commercial bank from where he got his pension. He and his wife were living hand
to mouth; though their two sons gave some rupees, but irregularly.
The above-mentioned persons along with some other people were present in that
chowk of the city where the bomb blast occurred. Their bodies were scattered
into pieces. Their meat and blood and all that which one contains in one’s body,
was exhibited on the occasion. The terrorists had responded or initiated
regarding their emotions. Their rivals (whosoever they were) were safe. The
victims were all innocent. What was their fault? Their lives were ended and they
were killed over an issue which had no relation regarding their contribution in
it.
