Crest: Genius is Born

The Crest school system is
designed keeping in mind that children are natural investigators of everything.
We are bringing good and result oriented practices of many existing school
systems. We believe in creating geniuses with proper training and practice.
Crest follows the steps in recognizing and developing child's true potential he
is created for. Encouraging environment and right training facilities can help
realize child's genius. Following are the step through which we create geniuses
our ordinary minds.
1. Right Schooling: Finding errors or weaknesses of a child is not important
rather its better to explore child's strengths and focus on them. Strengthening
child's interests is key to success. Crest schooling provides right schooling
for its students to encourage their exploration and keep records of students in
order to recognize its potential genius.
2. Student play Teacher: Students are given role play of a teacher very often in
the Crest schooling system. We believe that when things are learnt keeping in
mind to teach others they are learnt much more faster than the usual learning as
an ordinary student. We role play with senior students to teach junior students
which help them gain confidence as well as deep knowledge of the subject.
3. Result oriented PTMs: Every school emphasise on Parent's partnership in shape
of Parent teachers meetings but never conclude any positive results. Most of
PTMs are based on showing students progress reports of tests. These types of
meetings are never meant to help students or parents at all. Mostly these types
of meetings are not more than report signing ceremonies.
At Crest, PTMs are means to find out child's main areas of interests and his/her
strengths to work on the lines to grown his/her genius on the same line. Parents
and teachers are responsible to record students interests, his/her academic
activities, art works, playing interests and behaviour etc..... Those recorded
data is presented on PTMs. Both partners bring their records, discuss their
findings and try to reach on some result in pointing out child's real strength.
4. Re-Assessment of Results: Once child is pointed out with some real talent in
it, He/she will be observed keenly to make sure that the findings about child
are not on wrong assumptions. After careful assessment and reassessment of
child's talent, child is then transferred to expert training phase.
5.Expert Training: This is the Crest's real unique achievement area where we
proud on the system. Along with other compulsory subjects, we start intense
training of a child's real talent to polish his/her abilities and make him real
world's Crest. This is the stage where genius is born.
