I suggest a student(s) to focus
100% upon his education without the concept of excellent employment instead he
must make his mind that he will do his own business though it would be starting
with a little business like selling toffees but atleast you will be your own
boss, by your good education you can develop your business and you can prosper
wide and spread all over, but please do not become Firoan when you feel that you
are getting successful. Groom and grow the people simultaneously who are working
along with you so that they share their ability in fast development of your
company. Being a Muslim always contribute your share towards your Creator by
donating to needy. The employees will always remain the employees how hard they
work in Pakistan because most of the bosses are cruel and never care to meet the
policies of governemt like Old Age Benefit, Social Security, Bonus, Provident
Fund, Gratuity. Most the businessmen of Pakistan want slaves not employees.
Please make up your mind in right direction if you want to be a successful
person in Pakistan.
