Communication and media studies need to change as the media change

As we all know that the
communication studies is a multidisciplinary field which needs to be redefined
and enhanced with the passage of time because of the advancement in technology.
Rapid growth in technology is changing the communication landscape day by day.
Communication studies are often in crisis and in juncture whenever a new
technology emerged; it offers a significant challenge to the previous
conventional methods of communication techniques because the communication
studies are directly interrelated with every new communication technology.
It also depends on what actually happens in the communication environment, and
in mass society, therefore it is a challenging for all communication personnel.
Communication studies must never be in a static form, but to change and enhanced
rapidly like the development of new technologies in the 21st century.
It is important that the quality of education you are providing to the student
must have the ability to deal perfectly and powerfully with the multimedia
environment of communication.
Therefore, Communication studies must always be open for interpretation,
rendering and rival theorization.
It is incumbent for the instructors of the communication departments of
different countries, to guide the students in accord to the digitized
communication technology and leave their traditional methods of teaching
communication so the students would be able to meet the global challenges of
journalism.
