Booking for Bahria Enclave
plots was first started in February 2011. The original map had two main parts.
The first part comprised of Sector A which has now been fully developed (small
area within yellow circle). The second part was a bigger sector and was supposed
to have many commercial outfits as well as residential plots. This is the area
within red circle on the map shown below.
Bahria Town and their authorized dealers booked plots for this bigger area as
well, but there was no confirmed land available at that time. Bahria Town hoped
it would grab land at a later point, so it kept booking plots without informing
the buyers about the real situation.
The buyers of plots in this bigger area completed their full payment in January
2013. More than three years after the booking and one year after full payment,
they can’t see even the location, not to mention developed plots. Bahria Town
management keeps playing arguments and can’t satisfy genuine buyers who had
bought plots to build houses. Their money is stuck, and nothing is on ground.
The worst thing Bahria has done is that it developed Sector C alongside Sector A
by developing additional tracts of land. But it sold those plots at double price
to new buyers to make money. Had Bahria shown any moral values, it would have
allotted plots of Sector C to those who had booked plots three years ago. Now
Bahria is selling new plots to new buyers and those who already paid full
payment are waiting helplessly. There is no information or intimation from the
management when they would get to see the location. There is nothing on ground.
Even small less established housing schemes won’t have treated its buyers like
this. This is a serious setback to the reputation of Bahria Town.
People interested in buying any investment in Bahria Town should think hundred
times. This can happen to you as well.
