As a patriotic citizen of
Pakistan, I have right to express my view on the NATIONAL ISSUES CONFRONTING our
country and to present a best way, how to overcome these issues in the best
public manners as a nation it is our bounden duty to think for the betterment
and prosperity of our country. We should think collectively rather than personal
benefit. All our efforts are made to develop our mother land. As we have numbers
of main issues that are causing badly effect on the economical growth of the
country . But in short I will discuss the main problem which is hazardous and
uncertain to our country. Most important and above the list issue is energy
crises by which each and every citizen of our country affected badly, and for
most important it affect the economic state of Pakistan, it is a universal truth
that development of a country is linked with energy. Energy runs industries on
large scale as well as small factories, which contribute some how good economy
to country. Government is required to be sincere with energy crises and to
evolve a strategy and mechanism by building new dams & generate energy from
other sources likewise Gas, Coal, Nuclear Power, Solar energy and from wind, and
stop blaming the previous government in this regard. We need to look forward and
seek a best solution, how to overcome this main issue we should forget our past
and think for our future.
At this time Pakistan is
generating 60% power from fuel and the remaining 40% from water, there can be no
denying the fact that initial cost on hydro (water) power is much higher but the
running cost after completion of hydro project is much less. While power that
are generating from fuel its initial cost is less and running cost of the
generator is alarming higher. For Pakistan which has no sufficient oil resources
the fuel power is not suitable and affordable. The fuel power is suitable and
suit for those countries, which are naturally rich with fuel resources. What we
need? we need an alternative ways for generating light which cost less. Being an
atomic country we can get energy from nuclear power sources this kind of
generating energy could fulfill the whole requirements of our country paki
alone, but unfortunately we cannot take free steps to use this kind of energy
because of western enforcement laws and other international restriction on our
land Pakistan , Although we are democratic country having best democracy but
still not free, anyhow in the best national interest we may look for some other
alternative way to generate power according to our power energy requirements
which is about 18000 megawatt , while India is generating 23000 megawatt of its
energy only from wind. There are many alternative ways to generate energy which
are mentioned above and the energy obtained from aforementioned sources does not
harm the environment we called it friendly environmental. The other priority
listed issue of Pakistan is that the state must provide protection to the life
of every individual which is basic human right but unfortunately at the
prevailing Scenario. The blood of human being is cheaper than the blood of
animals in Pakistan. There is no security to the human life in Pakistan
according to my memory this bloodshed game starts since the last 12 to 13 years,
due to uncertainty and war in Afghanistan which seriously affect Pakistan, its
people and it economy fully collapsed like a crumble house. Pakistan is direct
victim of what is going on in Afghanistan and this situation will last till the
game of blood-shedding of innocent citizen is stopped in Afghanistan.
If these terrorists are not
stopped & controlled, in Pakistan the game will not end, because they had safe
sanctuaries and safe haven camps in Afghanistan. If Afghanistan are able to
takeover on these blood-shedder and terrorist. Pakistan would have been
automatically be free of this victimization and will surely move on the path of
its success and peace will be restored and the developmental and economical
graph will raised much high because this issue is directly linked with the
economical growth of Pakistan. In the running situation the international /
foreigner investor feel hesitation to invest (money) their investment in
Pakistan, while more important thing is that in the blood-shed scenario our
national investor also going abroad and invest their investment in other
countries, because the state cannot provide insurance to their lives and
guarantee to their investment too so that’s the reason they are also going out
of the country and prefer to make investment abroad.
In short the government is
needed to take the concrete steps to control the situation and to take country
towards normalization and progress.
As we think for our home
likewise we need to think for our motherland.
