Anyone expecting a change in
the society; should bring about that change in his personality first as this is
the basic and necessary rule. This is the first and vanguard step for a
revolution. People will change themselves by following their leaders' qualities.
Otherwise there will be a crisis of understanding between the leader and its
followers. Quran says, "Allah does not change the conditions of a nation which
is not willing to illuminate the changings in themselves".
There are many examples in the history which corresponded to leaders who wanted
the change but they changed themselves for the first. Like Quaid e Azam, Nelson
Mandella, Martin King Luther king, Gyasaud Din Balban, etc
Whenever Quiad e Azam demanded responsibility for his nation, he first advocated
that responsibility in his personality first. He demanded religious enthusiasm
in his nation but prior to this he he introduced religious enthusiasm. He was
diplomatic person and he so he wanted that the leaders of this nation should be
diplomatic. Similar are the cases with others responsibilities.
Now the case with Nekson Mandella who worked really hard for the rights of The
Blackish masses and against racism in Africa as there was extreme racism in that
arena. For that purpose he was also visited to jail for 27 years which
consolidated his ideas in more defined form. The case for Martin King Luther
Junior who worked for the right of the Blackish in America and succeeded in his
mission.
Now the problem is with so called leaders. They just explicate the changing and
changing but no result has been disclosed yet. Te public should realize their
duties and should sieve the leaders more and more. People differentiated the
leaders in very undiplomatic ways which show their narrow mindedness. People
should illuminate a sense of responsibility rather than to walk before every
leaders. People should not be profuse in their nature rather they better had
intemperate mind and nature. This is actually the success of a nation. If it is
adopted then development and welfare problems can be minimized.
