Feeling of being cared by someone
Empathy is the ability to share
and understands the feelings of others. Basically it is like to be able to
relate to the inner world of another person, while you are realizing that it is
not your world. In this way ,It is the most important emotional skill for
building relationship with others and also needs to work on it because in our
crazy distracting world we have forget to empathize with others . In this regard
there is a need to be focused on it to raise this trait in one’s personality
because there is a lack of empathy among the people of our society.
Why we need Empathy?
Basically , empathy is a feeling of being cared by someone with a deep heart.
Sometimes we need a person who understands us by heart , listen our thoughts and
worth it by heart , sometimes we need a helping hand in a very difficult
situation , when we feel lost we need some courage, bit of attention, care, and
a lots of kind words. It’s a feeling of sometimes happiness , when we are happy
or in good mood we need a person who appreciates you in a good time or he/she
spends a good time with you and share your real happiness. In a nut shell, we
can say that its feeling like nothing is happen to you but you feel the same
which happens with someone else. Either happiness or sorrows of another.
SUGGESTIONS:
Here are some ways to raise an empathy in one’s personality.
• To be an empathic person we should be a good listener and an active part of
overall conversation.
• We should concentrate and should listen another’s perceptions.
• We should worth them because its very important that give value to another’s
thoughts and feelings while sharing.
• To understands by heart.
• To listen by heart.
• To respect someone’s thoughts .
• We should avoid criticizing others.
• We should empower others.
• We should encourage others if someone feels lost or disappointed.
• Give proper attention while listening because everybody needs a full
attention, it feels like someone is really with us.
• Try to use kind words for according to scenario.
• If someone shares happiness or success try to encourage and appreciates so
that he/she can do best.
• Buildup your trust to maintain a good relationship.
• Share your experiences either happiness or sorrows according to situation or
conversation.
• Give appropriate responses while conversation so that someone feels like you
are listening carefully and taking interest to know about others life .
• Moral support must be given to others.
• To make a strong eye contact.
• Take interest to know about other’s thoughts and perceptions.
• Buildup others confidence.
• Put yourself to someone else shoes.
• We should truly understand the depth of other’s point of views.
• Imagine other’s situations or condition that what feel others.
EXAMPLE:
1.If someone tells about a serious incident which happens in his/her life, and
he/she feels disappointed or fed-up from life, in this case we should use kind
words during conversation and try to build-up his/her trust, self –confidence,
most important thing is try to get rid of that kind of sad feeling in which he
or she feels lost or broken.
So we should try to divered their minds to get involve in those things which
makes them happy and try to indulge them in reshaping their lives in a right
track because life goes on. Whatever we face in life but it never stops. Time
heals everything. So we should never give up and always try to face a challenges
in life.
