The management of an
organization should seek those resources that will make it able to achieve the
set goals. Managers are very crucial everywhere. We cannot keep them aside to
get what we want. They are considered to be the leader of an organization and
perform high level tasks. The decision made by them is considered to be the best
and the most suitable one for the whole of the organization. Managers of all the
organizations need to perform certain tasks to achieve the targets. If they have
the required capabilities, they will never feel any problem in the way to
success. They must be well aware with the concept of globalization. A
multinational company has huge responsibilities to perform its functions all
around the world.
The decision should be accurately made at right time. The information should be
there when needed. Right decision at right time will make the organization
stronger as compare to its competitors. On the other side, wrong decision at the
wrong time will yield bad impact on the life of the organization. What manager
needs to do is to understand the goal first. The field of IT is very vast and
there occur changes in every second. It is the responsibility of the mangers to
make themselves aware of the changes. They need to adopt the change as it
occurs; otherwise, they may lack behind and the organization may lose its market
share.
The processes of producing products are changing rapidly. A huge number of units
are being manufactured effectively and efficiently. The managers are the head of
an organization; they should look forward toward these processes. They must
strive to know those processes to set the organization at the best ranks of the
world. This is the most crucial thing, they are required to know. They should
know, what are the factors that are lacking and requiring their attention? If
the old and conventional procedures are being carried on around the
organization, they will make the process of development lower than expected.
There are numerous challenges that are being faced by the managers today. They
need to keep in touch with the world to get the most of the new technology that
comes into existence. If they are making themselves aware of the change, they
are going to lose the business which the management of the company does not
want. The information is really important for the management to make the
decisions that are crucial for the existence of the organization. If they are
not managing the information system especially in multinational enterprises, the
business will be lost soon. There must be timely information for all the people
in the organization, so that the proper action could be taken before time.
There should be a balance between the business and the invention. Technology has
made the duty of the mangers more challenging to perform. One of the most
significant issues that they are facing is to set the right goal. A lot of
resources including the money and the time are spent on achieving them. If they
are not set with in accordance with the surrounding environment, all of these
resources will be waste. Sometimes the organization accepts the change in the
processes, but the employees working there do not do so. Their productivity is
reduced instead of increasing. This becomes a challenge for the managers to make
them able to understand the change and to adopt them. They are required to give
the workers training and guidance to get the most of the change.
The challenges increase with the passage of time; these are the capabilities of
a manger which can keep up with them. If he or she tackles challenges with care,
the whole of the organization will benefit from it. Managers can achieve the
goals without any problem at hand with their core IT capabilities. They need
resources to change the unsuitable situation and to make it into their favor. A
strong hold over the core IT capabilities ensures the business’ success all
around the world. The chances of attracting more customers become increased and
the business expends.
The managers can make their processes stronger and faster and the organization
can save a huge amount of money in this way. In this competitive world, whereby
the customers can purchase the desired product from anywhere in the world, it
has become very easier for them to move from one business to another. They need
lesser price but higher quality product. The global environment is very
challenging and requires no mistake. There are many benefits of globalization,
but with the same pattern, the environment has become complex. Achieving the
success is difficult. The only way that leads towards success is that of a
better insight into the environments. There are many factors that might become
the cause of decline in the business.
It has become necessary for the multinational organizations to adopt change as
quickly as possible to increase the chance of success. What a business needs,
when it starts off its business – the loyal customers. It will only be possible
if their demands are being fulfilled and they are being provided with the high
quality and low price product. It is only possible though the strong attachment
with the technology.
