(Saleem Awan, Lahore)

Fishermen in Sindh are helping people marooned in deluge and now running out of food.

One of the Fishermen Muzaffar and two crewmen have rescued sever hundered people since last 3 days. They are members of the Fisher Folk Forum, a group that helps fishermen and has supplied two boats to help with the disaster.

They have rescued many people, Among them was Sharifa, who said she had not eaten for six days. She and the four others, including her young daughter, left four buffalo and several cows on their strip of barren, sun-baked land, with only a lean-to made out of branches for shelter.

Muzaffar and his crew are volunteers, happy to help until they can go back to fishing. “Money is nothing, you get it, you lose, it but it's good to save people” said Ali.

UNDERLINE

Muzaffar and his friends are not trained. Muzaffar and his crew are breaking all rules in this regard....
They have just entered in to field with, what they have in hand and saved hundreds of people...How can they work like that?... They should first
1. Contact some TV to run telethon.
2. Conduct some seminar(or Aftar party) in 5 star hotel
3. Collect thousands and thousands of Dollars and then conduct survey where should help be provided and if there are still some people survived till that time then go and help them ......

May be Govt. should intervene and ask them how they can save so many people without any approved NGO license.....

God Bless Pakistan
