Being optimistic or pessimist is totally our choice .Optimists believe that their own actions result in positive things happening, that they are responsible for their own happiness, and that they can expect more good things to happen in the future. Optimists don’t blame themselves when bad things happen. Optimism is an attitude that keeps us centered on what is good about our present situation or about the future. It keeps us on track of success by giving hope on every down state in our life. Optimism gives us energy; it makes our efforts feel worthwhile. In the end it is rewarded. Negative thoughts are like heavy dark clouds hiding the sun and the sky, making the day look gloomy and threatening. You have the power to scatter the clouds in your mind...
