(Danish Khan, India)

Bruises fade but the pain lasts forever ...

Child abuse is like this crumpled paper, No matter how hard you try to make it straight again, the scars will be there forever. Child abuse is defined as deliberate behavior that harms children physically and emotionally. Today, we always hear about child abuse and every year many children are exploiting. There are many different forms of exploitation and many people will not notice them. These included physical, emotional, neglect and sexual harassment. First of all, investigate physical abuse. Physical abuse is physical injury that can lead to consequences such as physical abuse, drilling, beating, kicking, or forgiving children. Such injuries are considered abuse, regardless of whether the contact vehicle is used to injure children. The forms of physical abuse include acts of violence that are conscious and can hurt or sometimes kill children.

The abuse statement likes broken bones and burn marks on the child's body. Then let's continue with emotional abuse. Emotional abuse is a behavior that hinders a child's emotional development. This includes criticism, threat or refusal, as well as giving up love, support and love. Emotional abuse can be difficult to detect because there are no physical signs to avoid from the eye. Emotional abuse usually occurs when the child is shouting and anger is far away, or when a parent constantly threatens or leaves a child until a child's emotions are cut off. After that we go to neglect. Neglect is defined as the type of maltreatment that indicates failure to reach age appropriate for age. Neglect can be physical and educational. Physical negligence provided adequate air protection, such as adequate food or clothing, proper medical care, and rain and sunlight.

Education negligence includes meeting appropriate training or special training needs and not ensuring extreme admissibility. Finally, not least, we continue sexual abuse. Sexual, developmental means that immature children or adolescents have sexual activity. Sexual abuse is any misuse of children for sexual pleasure or satisfaction. This includes sexual harassment, rape and prostitution, or the activities of parents or guardians, such as the production of pornographic material. As a result, prevention is better than treatment. Child abuse does not only bring abuse to children, but also to abusers. Today we have to prevent the kids from getting worse for tomorrow because they are going to be leaders for tomorrow.

Sexual abuse of children is always affecting us. It's a very serious question in our society. A child's sexual abuse does not physically hurt the child, but at the same time mentally destroys them. Sexual abuse of children destroys the innocence of the child. They will never trust another grown-up because of the mishaps in their lives. Children can not be used for sexual intercourse because they are not adults, physically or mentally. Sexual intercourse between an adult male and a child of five years is not possible. This unrealistic behavior reflects the mental illness of a criminal who sexually exploits a child to satisfy lust. This is the behavior of a monster and not a civilized man. Sexual abuse of a child causes very bad effects on the victim; Mentally destroys a child and ensures that the child becomes sexually aggressive. The family lost confidence in their family and relatives in cases of familial sexual harassment. Child victim psychologically has more serious and dangerous consequences when compared to physical effects. They will be affected by anxiety, aggression, guilt and depression. Sexual abuse of the child has serious effects on the victim's body, honor, privacy, safety and independence. The victim's life is totally devastated and can not have a normal life. The child always feels dirty and used and is mentally uncomfortable in his whole life.

In 2010, a total of 2595 cases of child sexual abuse were reported in Pakistan [36]. Unfortunately, there is no official agency in Pakistan to protect the data of child sexual harassment cases. The newspapers emphasized the brutal nature of children's sexual harassment cases, such as rape or sodomy, which resulted only in the murder of the child. Preventive measures against sexual abuse of the child should increase the numbers. Most importantly, the development of the child's sexual abuse crimes in the criminal justice system. The State can not punish citizens without specific laws, and warns that certain behavior should be addressed in a specific way through punishment. Criminal law is the stronghold of all normative systems that the community punishes, controls, restricts, and prevents crimes in the community. Evil has been alive since the beginning of mankind and the society has been constantly striving to keep it, and the criminal law continues to change to meet new challenges. The main aim of criminal justice is to save society from evil, to free the crime. Criminal law will interpret, implement and enforce these goals.

We need a comprehensive system of criminal justice to remove sexual harassment from our community, and this must be achieved only by punishing people to prevent them from committing this crime. Child harassment should be seen as a crime in the 1997 Anti-Terrorism Act. Judges are particularly responsible for their conscience, and they are also more responsible to Allah Almighty. A crime-free society can only be created to provide justice for every citizen, regardless of color, faith, religion or status, and the court can play a vital role in this respect. Campaigns will recognize society in terms of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Media and NGOs should play an active role in these campaigns.

This study on child sexual abuse expects the sexual abuse of the child to be in the national agenda. It is necessary to discuss the issue of child sexual abuse in different forums. The central government, state governments, civil society, families and children must understand the rights perspective themselves and create an environment in which a child is protected from exploitation and exploitation. This momentum must be sustainable and move forward in the form of a movement that will lead all stakeholders to sustainable development and create a protective environment for Pakistani children.
