وَ اِذْ قَالَ مُوْسٰى لِقَوْمِهٖۤ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ یَاْمُرُكُمْ اَنْ تَذْبَحُوْا بَقَرَةًؕ-قَالُوْۤا اَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُوًاؕ-قَالَ اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ اَنْ اَكُوْنَ مِنَ الْجٰهِلِیْنَ ﴿۶۷﴾

اور جب موسیٰ نے اپنی قوم سے فرمایا خدا تمہیں حکم دیتا ہے کہ ایک گائے ذبح کرو (ف۱۱۶) بولے کہ آپ ہمیں مسخرہ بناتے ہیں (ف۱۱۷) فرمایا خدا کی پناہ کہ میں جاہلوں سے ہوں-(ف۱۱۸) ﴿۶۷﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور جب موسیٰ نے اپنی قوم کے لوگوں سے کہا کہ خدا تم کو حکم دیتا ہے کہ ایک بیل ذبح کرو۔ وہ بولے، کیا تم ہم سے ہنسی کرتے ہو۔ (موسیٰ نے) کہا کہ میں الله کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں کہ نادان بنوں ﴿۶۷﴾
