وَ قَالُوْا مَا هِیَ اِلَّا حَیَاتُنَا الدُّنْیَا نَمُوْتُ وَ نَحْیَا وَ مَا یُهْلِكُنَاۤ اِلَّا الدَّهْرُۚ-وَ مَا لَهُمْ بِذٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍۚ-اِنْ هُمْ اِلَّا یَظُنُّوْنَ ﴿۲۴﴾

اور بولے (ف۴۲) وہ تو نہیں مگر یہی ہماری دنیا کی زندگی (ف۴۳) مرتے ہیں اور جیتے ہیں (ف۴۴) اور ہمیں ہلاک نہیں کرتا مگر زمانہ (ف۴۵) اور انہیں اس کا علم نہیں (ف۴۶) وہ تو نرے گمان دوڑاتے ہیں (ف۴۷) ﴿۲۴﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور کہتے ہیں کہ ہماری زندگی تو صرف دنیا ہی کی ہے کہ (یہیں) مرتے اور جیتے ہیں اور ہمیں تو زمانہ مار دیتا ہے۔ اور ان کو اس کا کچھ علم نہیں۔ صرف ظن سے کام لیتے ہیں ﴿۲۴﴾
