Surah Maidah Ayat 46 in Arabic
وَقَفَّيۡنَا عَلٰٓى اٰثَارِهِمۡ بِعِيۡسَى ابۡنِ مَرۡيَمَ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ التَّوۡرٰٮةِ وَاٰتَيۡنٰهُ الۡاِنۡجِيۡلَ فِيۡهِ هُدًى وَنُوۡرٌۙ وَّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ التَّوۡرٰٮةِ وَهُدًى وَّمَوۡعِظَةً لِّـلۡمُتَّقِيۡنَؕ ﴿۴۶﴾
Surah Maidah Ayat 46 with Urdu Translation
اور ہم ان نبیوں کے پیچھے ان کے نشانِ قدم پر عیسیٰ بن مریم کو لائے تصدیق کرتا ہوا توریت کی جو اس سے پہلے تھی (ف۱۲۱) اور ہم نے اسے انجیل عطا کی جس میں ہدایت اور نور ہے اور تصدیق فرماتی ہے توریت کی کہ اس سے پہلی تھی اور ہدایت (ف۱۲۲) اور نصیحت پرہیزگاروں کو، ﴿۴۶﴾

اور ان پیغمبروں کے بعد انہی کے قدموں پر ہم نے عیسیٰ بن مریم کو بھیجا جو اپنے سے پہلے کی کتاب تورات کی تصدیق کرتے تھے اور ان کو انجیل عنایت کی جس میں ہدایت اور نور ہے اور تورات کی جو اس سے پہلی کتاب (ہے) تصدیق کرتی ہے اور پرہیزگاروں کو راہ بتاتی اور نصیحت کرتی ہے ﴿۴۶﴾

Surah Maidah Ayat 46 with English Translation
And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah - a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil). ﴾46﴿
