حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَنْ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا سَجَدَ الْعَبْدُ سَجَدَ مَعَهُ سَبْعَةُ آرَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجْهُهُ وَكَفَّاهُ وَرُكْبَتَاهُ وَقَدْمَاهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ الْعَبَّاسِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَعَلَيْهِ الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ.

Urdu Translation

عباس بن عبدالمطلب رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”جب بندہ سجدہ کرتا ہے تو اس کے ساتھ سات جوڑ بھی سجدہ کرتے ہیں: اس کا چہرہ ۱؎ اس کی دونوں ہتھیلیاں، اس کے دونوں گھٹنے اور اس کے دونوں قدم“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عباس رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابن عباس، ابوہریرہ، جابر اور ابوسعید رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔

English Translation

Al-Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib narrated that he heard : Allah's Messenger Saying: When the worshipper prostrates with him: His face, his hands, his knees, and his feet.
