Anas [bin Malik] narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The supplication is not rejected between the Adhan and the Iqamah.”

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الدُّعَاءُ لَا يُرَدُّ بَيْنَ الْأَذَانِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَهَكَذَا رَوَى أَبُو إِسْحَاق الْهَمْدَانِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الْكُوفِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ هَذَا وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ.

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اذان اور اقامت کے درمیان کی دعا رد نہیں کی جاتی ہے“، ( یعنی ضرور قبول ہوتی ہے۔ ) امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ابواسحاق ہمدانی نے برید بن ابی مریم کوفی سے اور برید کوفی نے انس کے واسطہ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ایسے ہی روایت کی ہے، اور یہ زیادہ صحیح ہے۔
