A1-Hakim bin Amr AI-Ghifari narrated that: The Prophet forbade that a man should perform Wudu with the leftover (water) from a woman's purifcation. Or, he said: from her drinking.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَاجِبٍ يُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بِسُؤْرِهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو حَاجِبٍ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ سَوَادَةُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ فِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ

حکم بن عمرو غفاری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے عورت کے وضو سے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو کو منع فرمایا ہے، یا فرمایا: عورت کے جھوٹے سے وضو کرے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اور محمد بن بشار اپنی حدیث میں کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا کہ مرد عورت کے وضو سے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو کرے ۱؎، اور محمد بن بشار نے اس روایت میں - «أو بسؤرها» والا شک بیان نہیں کیا ۲؎۔
