حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَقَتَادَةُ،‏‏‏‏ وَثَابِتٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ فَاجْتَوَوْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَبَعَثَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَتَلُوا رَاعِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاسْتَاقُوا الْإِبِلَ وَارْتَدُّوا عَنْ الْإِسْلَامِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأُتِيَ بِهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ وَأَلْقَاهُمْ بِالْحَرَّةِ. قَالَ أَنَسٌ:‏‏‏‏ فَكُنْتُ أَرَى أَحَدَهُمْ يَكُدُّ الْأَرْضَ بِفِيهِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ حَمَّادٌ:‏‏‏‏ يَكْدُمُ الْأَرْضَ بِفِيهِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا. قال أبو عيسى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ لَا بَأْسَ بِبَوْلِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ.

Urdu Translation

انس رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   قبیلہ عرینہ کے کچھ لوگ مدینہ آئے، انہیں مدینہ کی آب و ہوا راس نہ آئی، چنانچہ رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے انہیں زکاۃ کے اونٹوں میں بھیج دیا اور فرمایا: ”تم ان کے دودھ اور پیشاب پیو“ ( وہ وہاں گئے اور کھا پی کر موٹے ہو گئے ) تو ان لوگوں نے آپ صلی الله علیہ وسلم کے چرواہے کو مار ڈالا، اونٹوں کو ہانک لے گئے، اور اسلام سے مرتد ہو گئے، انہیں ( پکڑ کر ) نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم کے پاس لایا گیا، آپ نے ان کے ایک طرف کے ہاتھ اور دوسری طرف کے پاؤں کٹوا دیئے، ان کی آنکھوں میں سلائیاں پھیر دیں اور گرم تپتی ہوئی زمین میں انہیں پھینک دیا۔ انس رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے ان میں سے ایک شخص کو دیکھا تھا کہ ( وہ پیاس بجھانے کے لیے ) اپنے منہ سے زمین چاٹ رہا تھا یہاں تک کہ وہ اسی حالت میں مر گئے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، اور کئی سندوں سے انس سے مروی ہے، ۲- اکثر اہل علم کا یہی قول ہے کہ جس جانور کا گوشت کھایا جاتا ہو اس کے پیشاب میں کوئی حرج نہیں ۱؎۔

English Translation

Anas narrated: Some people from Urainah arrived in Al-Madinah, and they were uncomfortable (and ill from the climate). So Allah's Messenger sent them some camels from charity. He told them: Drink from their milk and urine. So they killed the camel driver that Allah's Messenger sent, and they violently drove off the camels, and apostatized from Islam. So the Prophet came to them, he cut off their hands and feet on opposite side, and branded their eyes, and threw them in Al-Harrah. Anas said, So I saw one of them working over the ground with his mouth, until they died.
