حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذَلِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هُوَ جَائِزٌ فِي كَلَامِ الْعَرَبِ إِذَا صَامَ أَكْثَرَ الشَّهْرِ أَنْ يُقَالَ صَامَ الشَّهْرَ كُلَّهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُقَالُ:‏‏‏‏ قَامَ فُلَانٌ لَيْلَهُ أَجْمَعَ وَلَعَلَّهُ تَعَشَّى وَاشْتَغَلَ بِبَعْضِ أَمْرِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏كَأَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ قَدْ رَأَى كِلَا الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مُتَّفِقَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّمَا مَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَصُومُ أَكْثَرَ الشَّهْرِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ رَوَى سَالِمٌ أَبُو النَّضْرِ، وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَ رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو.

اس سند سے بھی   اسے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کیا ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عبداللہ بن مبارک اس حدیث کے بارے میں کہتے ہیں کہ کلام عرب میں یہ جائز ہے کہ جب کوئی مہینے کے اکثر ایام روزہ رکھے تو کہا جائے کہ اس نے پورے مہینے کے روزے رکھے، اور کہا جائے کہ اس نے پوری رات نماز پڑھی حالانکہ اس نے شام کا کھانا بھی کھایا اور بعض دوسرے کاموں میں بھی مشغول رہا۔ گویا ابن مبارک دونوں حدیثوں کو ایک دوسرے کے موافق سمجھتے ہیں۔ اس طرح اس حدیث کا مفہوم یہ ہوا کہ آپ اس مہینے کے اکثر ایام میں روزہ رکھتے تھے، ۲- سالم ابوالنضر اور دوسرے کئی لوگوں نے بھی بطریق ابوسلمہ عن عائشہ محمد بن عمرو کی طرح روایت کی ہے۔
