حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، وَعَطَاءٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابْنِ بُحَيْنَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْحِجَامَةِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَحْلِقُ شَعْرًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ مَالِكٌ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَحْتَجِمُ الْمُحْرِمُ إِلَّا مِنْ ضَرُورَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيُّ:‏‏‏‏ لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَحْتَجِمَ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يَنْزِعُ شَعَرًا.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا اور آپ محرم تھے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں انس ۲؎، عبداللہ بن بحینہ ۳؎ اور جابر رضی الله عنہ سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اہل علم کی ایک جماعت نے محرم کو پچھنا لگوانے کی اجازت دی ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ بال نہیں منڈائے گا، ۴- مالک کہتے ہیں کہ محرم پچھنا نہیں لگوا سکتا، الا یہ کہ ضروری ہو، ۵- سفیان ثوری اور شافعی کہتے ہیں: محرم کے پچھنا لگوانے میں کوئی حرج نہیں لیکن وہ بال نہیں اتار سکتا۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: The Messenger of Allah was cupped while he was a Muhrim.
