Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ عِنْدِي وَهُوَ قَرِيرُ الْعَيْنِ طَيِّبُ النَّفْسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَرَجَعَ إِلَيَّ وَهُوَ حَزِينٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقُلْتُ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنِّي دَخَلْتُ الْكَعْبَةَ وَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ فَعَلْتُ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَتْعَبْتُ أُمَّتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے پاس سے نکل کر گئے، آپ کی آنکھیں ٹھنڈی تھیں اور طبیعت خوش، پھر میرے پاس لوٹ کر آئے، تو غمگین اور افسردہ تھے، میں نے آپ سے ( وجہ ) پوچھی، تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”میں کعبہ کے اندر گیا۔ اور میری خواہش ہوئی کہ کاش میں نے ایسا نہ کیا ہوتا۔ میں ڈر رہا ہوں کہ اپنے بعد میں نے اپنی امت کو زحمت میں ڈال دیا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: The Prophet left me while he had a joyous look of contentment and he returned to me grieving. So I asked him about that and he said: 'I entered the Ka'bah, and I wished that I had not done it. I fear that my Ummah will follow me (in that) after me.'
