حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ . وَسَأَلَهُ آخَرُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا قَدَّمَ نُسُكًا قَبْلَ نُسُكٍ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا کہ میں نے ذبح کرنے سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”اب ذبح کر لو کوئی حرج نہیں“ ایک دوسرے نے پوچھا: میں نے رمی سے پہلے نحر ( ذبح ) کر لیا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”اب رمی کر لو کوئی حرج نہیں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں علی، جابر، ابن عباس، ابن عمر، اسامہ بن شریک رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ یہی احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے، ۴- بعض اہل علم کہتے ہیں: اگر کسی نسک کو یعنی رمی یا نحر یا حلق وغیرہ میں سے کسی ایک کو دوسرے سے پہلے کر لے تو اس پر دم ( ذبیحہ ) لازم ہو گا ( مگر یہ بات بغیر دلیل کے ہے ) ۔

English Translation

Abdullah bin Amr narrated: A man asked the Messenger of Allah: 'I shaved before slaughtering.' So he said: 'Slaughter, and there is no harm.' Another man asked him: 'I performed the sacrifice before stoning.' He said: 'Stone, and there is no harm.'
