Chapter 35 THE BOOK OF SALES (BARGAINS)

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, Do not urge somebody to return what he has already bought (i.e. in optional sale) from another seller so as to sell him your own goods.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ .

ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے، اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی خرید و فروخت میں دخل اندازی نہ کرے۔
