حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ أَبُو زَكَرِيَّاءَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَن رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَمَّا نَزَلَ الْحِجْرَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ أَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ لَا يَشْرَبُوا مِنْ بِئْرِهَا وَلَا يَسْتَقُوا مِنْهَا ، فَقَالُوا : قَدْ عَجَنَّا مِنْهَا وَاسْتَقَيْنَا فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَطْرَحُوا ذَلِكَ الْعَجِينَ وَيُهَرِيقُوا ذَلِكَ الْمَاءَ ، وَيُرْوَى عَنْ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ ، وَأَبِي الشُّمُوسِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِإِلْقَاءِ الطَّعَامِ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنِ اعْتَجَنَ بِمَائِهِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے محمد بن مسکین ابوالحسن نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن حسان بن حیان ابوزکریا نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سلیمان نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب حجر ( ثمود کی بستی ) میں غزوہ تبوک کے لیے جاتے ہوئے پڑاؤ کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم کو حکم فرمایا کہ یہاں کے کنوؤں کا پانی نہ پینا اور نہ اپنے برتنوں میں ساتھ لینا۔ صحابہ رضوان اللہ علیہم اجمعین نے عرض کیا کہ ہم نے تو اس سے اپنا آٹا بھی گوندھ لیا ہے اور پانی اپنے برتنوں میں بھی رکھ لیا ہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ گندھا ہوا آٹا پھینک دیا جائے اور ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے نقل کیا ہے کہ جس نے آٹا اس پانی سے گوندھ لیا ہو ( وہ اسے پھینک دے ) ۔

English Translation

Narrated Ibn `Umar: When Allah's Apostle landed at Al-Hijr during the Ghazwa of Tabuk, he ordered his companions not to drink water from its well or reserve water from it. They said, We have already kneaded the dough with its water. and also filled our bags with its water.'' On that, the Prophet ordered them to throw away the dough and pour out the water.
