و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ الشَّامَ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ

عبد الاعلیٰ نے کہا : ہم سے داودنے عامر ( شعبی ) سے اور انھوں نے علقمہ سے روا یت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : میں شام آیا اور حضرت ابو درداء رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے ملا ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ آگے ابن علیہ ( اسماعیل بن ابرا ہیم ) کی ( مذکورہ با لا ) حدیث کی طرح بیا ن کیا ۔
