وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا: بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ طَيَّبْتِ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ حُرْمِهِ؟ قَالَتْ: بِأَطْيَبِ الطِّيبِ

Urdu Translation

  سفیان نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی کہا : ہمیں عثمان بن عروہ نے اپنے والد ( عروہ ) سے حدیث بیان کی کہا : میں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے سوال کیا آپ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو احرا م باندھتے وقت کو ن سی خوشبو لگا ئی تھی ؟انھوں نے فر ما یا سب سے اچھی خوشبو ۔

English Translation

Uthman b. 'Urwa reported on the authority of his father that he said: I asked 'A'isha with what thing she perfumed the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) at the time of entering upon the state of Ihram. She said: With the best of perfume.
